The New Marxian Heresy: Diabolical Arrogance In Marx’ Own Words

In January, heterodox Cardinal Marx, the proponent of the Marxian heresy, gave an interview to America Magazine.  I wrote previously about this here but I keep reading the following quotes in my notes and their outrageousness calls for more discussion since he has recently decreed that the German Church is not a subsidiary of Rome, and the German Church will do what men like Marx decide, and not Rome, apparently.

This is the thinking of this man, and which is supposed to be deep thinking that will cause real Catholics to throw out the understanding of the Faith that the Church has always held, because of this new found “wisdom”.  Quite frankly, this is his call to substitute the word of man, his word, for the Word of God.  It is at its core fundamentally evil.  In that interview, he had this to say:

I have the impression that we have a lot of work to do in the theological field, not only related to the question of divorce, but also the theology of marriage.  I am astonished that some can say, “Everything is clear” on this topic.  Things are not clear.  It is not about church doctrine being determined by modern times.  It is a question of aggiornamento, to say it in a way that people can understand, and to always adapt our doctrine to the Gospel, to theology, in order to find in a new way the sense of what Jesus said, the meaning of the tradition of the church and of the theology and so on.

How is it that this kind of lie is permitted by the pope?  How is it that this man could become a Cardinal?  How is it that this man could be allowed to speak at all on anything regarding the Church?  How is it that this man could remain a Cardinal or even a priest without publicly repenting?

This is the kind of man that voted for the kind of pope we have.  He has no real Faith and has the audacity to state that Jesus was not clear, that there is some kind of ambiguity as to the sense of what He says, and that only learned men such as himself can determine what the real sense of Jesus truly is, and the sense as clearly stated by Jesus is actually something else.  He also would have us believe that people today are so absolutely devoid of the ability to think even to the extent of understanding words put together into a few sentences that they can no longer understand the “sense” of what Jesus teaches.  This is the height, or rather depth, of the arrogance espoused by many in the hierarchy today.

Here is what Jesus says in the Gospel of Mark, chapter 10:

[6] But from the beginning of the creation, God made them male and female. [7] For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother; and shall cleave to his wife. [8] And they two shall be in one flesh. Therefore now they are not two, but one flesh. [9] What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. [10] And in the house again his disciples asked him concerning the same thing.

[11] And he saith to them: Whosoever shall put away his wife and marry another, committeth adultery against her. [12] And if the wife shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.

So how else could this be said for the nitwits of modernity to understand better?  What other “sense” of what Jesus says is there?  Even the most uneducated simpleton understands this clear statement of Jesus that a) marriage is between a man and a woman, b) that God joins a man and woman in marriage and no man can break that marriage, c) a man who divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery, and d) a wife who divorces her husband and marries another commits adultery. What other sense of what Jesus says is there?

It is absolutely astounding that these men truly believe that they can twist these words into a new “sense” of meaning that is not clearly understood from what Jesus says, and then foist on the Church the added insult that their new found “sense” can then allow those committing adultery or engaging in buggery as “marriage” to approach and receive the Most Blessed Sacrament.  The Marxians would have us all lobotomized to clear up the “misunderstanding” of the Faith as understood and transmitted and taught for 2,000 years to accommodate this evil program, this denial of Jesus, and this grave sacrilege.

He also said this outrageous stupidity, as if those who would read or hear this had been devoid of all intelligence and any knowledge of the Church at all:

The Second Vatican Council began to establish a new balance between center and the local church, because they saw, 50 years ago, the beginning of the universal church.  It is not achieved, however.  We must make it happen for the first time.  Now 50 years later, we see what it might be to be a church in a globalized world, a universal, globalized church.

Thus, the Church, the Catholic, Church was never the universal Church and the Second Vatican Council was where “they” saw the beginning of the universal Church.  Then he has the added audacity to claim that it is not achieved yet and “we” must make it happen for the first time.  Can anyone in their right mind actually say this and believe this, particularly one who calls himself or herself a Catholic?

This is a Cardinal, and I can only speculate that either he was drinking very heavily or is on some kind of potent mind-altering drug and had completely lost his faculties, or in the alternative, that he was completely sober and has such contempt for real Catholics and any person of average intelligence with any knowledge of the Church and history and truly believes that these people, you and me, are so utterly stupid that this type of statement can be thrown at us, at the Church, and that this stupidity will further his evil heresy.

Thus, according to the Marxian heresy, Jesus did not clearly speak about the nature of marriage, the sin of divorce, the sin of adultery and only certain enlightened “theologians”, Marxians, can decipher the “sense” of Jesus’ words, and the Catholic Church is only now beginning to be the universal Church, that the Marxians will make happen for the first time.

And I have been hearing that those real Catholics who hold the fullness of the Faith are somehow going to be deemed schismatic for not going along with this insanity?

You are right, he has no faith and thus no fear of hell. He lives for this world. Poor soul. May God have mercy on him and those like him.
