So it has been proclaimed, in case you haven’t noticed, or you’ve begun learning only yesterday, or you’ve just crawled out of the underground lair you’ve inhabited all your life — and based upon the headlines of the past couple of days, that includes just about everyone except the brilliant minds of science and the Vatican — climate change is real! To share this newfound scientific discovery with Catholics, and to establish his credentials as one of the leaders of the new religion, Pope Francis will apply his vast intellectual powers to the composition of an Encyclical so that this knowledge will not be lost to time, and which will contribute to his clear thinking on those matters most important to the strengthening of the Church and the conversion of all mankind to the one True Faith for the salvation of souls through the King of the Universe, Jesus Christ, the Son of God earth by the Prophet Al Gore.
To be fair, Pope Francis has said and his encyclical will no doubt say that mankind is the steward of the earth and that we are not to destroy God’s creation and gift. These basic truths have been taught and continue to be taught by the Church, and all Christians do, or ought to, believe and practice these truths. But Pope Francis has and will go further, mixing up these Christian truths with the new religion’s dogmas. His encyclical will ultimately be a condemnation of economic activity and use of resources that will logically, if not directly, call for the destruction of the modern world that has benefited mankind nearly everywhere, far beyond what mankind has enjoyed ever.
Yes, climate change is very real. This was formerly known as the “weather” or “seasons” which had names such as winter, spring, summer and fall. Apparently, based upon the “breathtaking” headlines of the past day or so, this nomenclature had been forgotten, lost to human history, except for the vast majority of normal people, who are actually alive in the world.
Those of us shivering in the Northern Hemisphere are in the beginning of winter, and we have, we believe based upon several thousand years of recorded history, that this will last another three months, when the climate shall, we believe again based upon that same span of recorded history, begin to get warm. We shall recall that this season is spring. We have good reason to hold the belief based upon the recorded history that this spring will give way to very warm and even very hot temperatures. Then, after three months, it will turn cool again as we pass into a time we call fall. Following three months of that time, we will again return to the cold time we know as winter.
For those in the Southern Hemisphere, that heat you’re experiencing is because summer is upon you. But don’t fret, it will become cooler if the records of the ancients are correct. For those fortunate to live near the equator, you have warm and wet or hot and wet, so I have heard and read, but seasons also nevertheless.
Alas, that is ancient learning which modern man has no use for now because we have progressed and we are so much smarter than men of old. The new religion declares that now we shall call this Global Warming. Oh, wait. The new priests had to face the facts brought about by the new heretics. That became a mockery of the the new gospel and so has been proclaimed as Global Climate Change.
Being the Church, the Vatican hasn’t gotten the update yet apparently, when one of Pope Francis’ theologians advisors was asked about the Pope’s upcoming encyclical and slipped up.
“Science has done its part,” said Ramanathan, citing the consensus among researchers that human activity is warming the planet.
Ramanathan understands the pope’s position could stir controversy with more politically conservative Catholics. But he said, “People need to hear — when they go to temples, churches, or synagogues — that this is not some scientific conspiracy. This is something that is happening.”
Yes, the weather is actually happening. The seasons are actually happening. The ancients were and still remain correct. So what is Pope Francis up to and what is he actually going to exhort Catholics to embrace?
This new faith is based upon a fundamental hate for carbon. Carbon is declared a demonic scourge against the Earth and the human worthies. Carbon happens also to be one of the fundamental molecules of Life. All living matter, including human beings, is composed of molecules of carbon. Thus, the new faith has deemed living matter the scourge to be fought against, controlled, kept down and even nearly wiped out. The new faith demands that human beings are the main evil that need to be nearly wiped out because they are the main threat to the earth, and their dogma requires widespread use of abortion, contraception, and euthanasia, and the destruction of the advanced civilization that has been achieved nearly everywhere. They also declare that war must be fought against carbon dioxide, which is required for plants to thrive. Thus, plants are also to be destroyed to save the earth. Warming is the other enemy because a warm earth will contribute to thriving plant, animal and human life, and that could only be bad for the earth. They inform us of the main horrors that will come should the climate be warm: melting ice with more fresh water available for living things, and which might cause the oceans to rise a foot!
[Just after I wrote this post, I saw this news report published yesterday, that studies show tropical rain forests are thriving and growing faster thanks to carbon dioxide. Duh!]
Of course, the new religion cannot have all life destroyed, so somehow only most of it will be until the true believers are the only ones left, a new ecological equilibrium will be achieved, and the earthly paradise of mankind will be established. The new religionists will declare which plants, animals and select enlightened humans shall be permitted, and, no doubt, for how long, and where. Of course, this is the same goal of the “spirit of Vatican II” Church of man, so it makes perfect sense that Pope Francis wants to be seen and heard and recorded as being out in the forefront.
No doubt, Pope Francis will have to address the new religion’s heretics and scoffers, who have been around for decades and are still spewing their heresies, with their declarations of the coming ice age. When I was a child, this was the threat that I recall specifically shouted out by Newsweek magazine. This was not the only magazine trotting out the threat, either, and many of us alive then remember it well.
So, I am quite certain that Pope Francis will, with his rapier wit and keen intellect, skewer those heretics in the encyclical as well, and in such a fashion to declare them anathema.
For those who hold fast to the Old Religion, we shall continue to know the Truth as set forth in the Gospel of Saint John:
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him: and without him was made nothing that was made. In him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. This man came for a witness, to give testimony of the light, that all men might believe through him. He was not the light, but was to give testimony of the light. That was the true light, which enlighteneth every man that cometh into this world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, he gave them power to be made the sons of God, to them that believe in his name. Who are born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we saw his glory, the glory as it were of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
I have little hope that Pope Francis’ encyclical will be nothing more than a confused, muddled, and syncretic mash of the new religion with the established truths we have known, and I am convinced he will not refer to the passage above because that doesn’t fit with his understanding and the establishment of the church of man and the earthly paradise.
I don’t believe in the new dogmas and no exhortation by new “prophets” or popes will change my knowledge and understanding of these facts, these Truths. I know that God is the Creator of all things. And I will also continue to know that the weather does indeed change, as He created it, and controls it.
[…] Pope Francis made today some Catholic statements about the value of children, to families and to society. Of course, that should not be a remarkable thing, since any pope would say the same thing. But, Francis is not like any other pope, at least in recent memory going back a thousand years. A month ago, he revealed that he believed otherwise. Apparently, he has been quietly taken to the woodshed by his handlers and returned with a new script. After reading what he said, think about how this makes sense after he’s thrown in with the “climate change” population control new religionists… […]

The only thing that has changed this was posted in December is the weather, as I and the ancients predicted. Francis has proven to be just as predictable as we see today.
